Each month, the series will present a new French wine or
brandy, focusing on their distinctive and essential characteristics.
Learn all there is about the finest sparkling wine in the
world: how the wine is made, where the wine is made, and
what makes it unique in the world of sparklers. This session
will present the variety of the region, sampling rosé,
non-vintage, vintage, and prestige cuvée Champagnes.
Richard Luftig, Wine Director of New York’s Cookshop in
Chelsea will lead the class.
