Theater: Acting & Improvising in French

Whether your child is fluent or speaks only a little French, this theater program will develop French language skills while encouraging the imagination. Students will create a play through theater games and improvisations, as well as design sets and costumes, all culminating in a staged performance for their families. As part of this young thespian experience students will also receive dance and vocal training.

Cinema: Acting in front of the Camera

Ages 12-17

“Quiet on the set…Ready…Action!” Experience acting in front of a camera. This program includes training, improvisations, readings, rehearsal, and filming. From classics to comedies, all in French. Students will also receive a DVD of themselves acting in French.

Please note that your registration must be submitted together on the same day at the same time.

Policy
There will be no refund after May 31.
Before May 31, a non-refundable $150 registration fee will automatically be deducted from the refund. No allowances will be made for absences, early withdrawals, or late starts. There is no pro-rating of fees. See other Language Center policies here.

Details
Children must bring their own snack and lunch. A list of necessary clothing, arrival and dismissal arrangements, medical forms, and other pertinent paperwork will be mailed to parents before the start of the session. FIAF is not responsible for any lost belongings. Please clearly label all belongings with your child’s name.
