Temporary Closure & Program Updates

While all FIAF premises are currently closed, our classes are being held online and we are sharing exciting cultural content on Instagram and Facebook.

The health and well-being of our students, members, visitors, and staff is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring information and recommendations provided by the CDC and public health authorities regarding COVID-19. We will reopen as soon as we are able to do so in a safe and responsible manner.

Impact on FIAF Programs:

  • Spring classes will start the week of April 6. Classes for all ages will begin online on Zoom / Google Classroom with your assigned FIAF teacher. We will switch to in-person classes at FIAF when we open.
  • Private lessons will be held online or rescheduled to a later date depending on the student’s preference.
  • FIAF Preschool plans to open on Monday, April 20 after an extended spring break. We will contact parents closer to April 20 to confirm this start date.
  • All FIAF events are suspended until further notice.
  • All Library programs are suspended and late fees will be waived.

Please read additional details below.

FIAF will take this time to undergo a thorough cleaning, and continue to follow recommendations from health and government authorities.
