A fun program for little philosophers and artists! Each week, children will discover a new artist and explore a philosophical idea through creative activities and discussion.
Children are inner philosophers and artists. Since a very early age, they question the world around them and want to represent it. Art and philosophy are not only wonderful tools to open children’s minds but also a way to help them learn and improve a language.
In this program, children will have the opportunity to discover different French artists from different periods. They will study artworks and discuss their impressions and tastes and then create an original work of art inspired by the artist’s style. They will speak about their work and discuss philosophical ideas using flashcards and children’s literature.
