Know everything about French Wines, including for the holidays

Holiday celebrations are coming soon and it is time to know about French drinks and wines, including Champagne of course! In this workshop you will gain a solid understanding of all these. You’ll discover how they are made, how to differentiate between good and bad wine, and how to pair wine with food. This workshop is perfect for you if you want to increase your knowledge of French wines, find the best wine according to your budget, and impress your guests with informed selections. This workshop will be conducted primarily in English with some French vocabulary.

Themes: Red wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Côte du Rhône, White from Alsace, Burgundy, and Loire, and Sparkling wines such as Crémant and Champagne. We will also take a look at some typical French aperitifs such as Coucher de soleil, Kir royal, and Pousse-rapière of the Musketeers.

A wine tasting of Red Bordeaux and Bourgogne, White Loire and Sparkling Rosé will take place by the end of the workshop. A votre santé!
