Indulge in delicious galettes by Dominique Ansel Kitchen and cider from Romilly Cidre at this special edition of Rendez-Vous, FIAF’s monthly conversation en français evenings.
Literally the “Kings’ cake,” the galette des rois is a mouth-watering puff pastry confection with almond-flavored frangipane filling. Each cake contains a small, porcelain charm, or fève. Find the fève and you’ll be crowned king or queen for the day, and also win a 30-minute treatment at Caudalie. All attendees will be entered to win a grand prize extending the royal treatments with an 80-minute Caudalie treatment, champagne, and more!
