Xavier Flouret, Founder of Xavier Flouret Wines, and Hortense Bernard, General Manager of Millesima USA, present an interactive masterclass featuring three of Flouret’s distinctive boutique wines: a rosé from Côtes de Provence, a white wine from the Loire Valley, and a complex red wine from South Africa.

Flouret will share the process and philosophy behind his carefully curated collection of some of the world’s finest boutique vintages, including how he partners with vineyards and wine growers and which domains he finds interesting.

Flouret and Bernard will recommend food pairings, give advice on how long to wait before opening bottles, and discuss recent trends within the wine industry.

    • Xavier Flouret, the founder and CEO of Cognac One, LLC, and the creator of Xavier Flouret Wines began his career expanding and growing on behalf of his family, a logistics company that came to specialize in Wine & Spirits.     • Hortense Bernard has always been passionate about wine and especially Bordeaux wine having been raised in a family that has worked in the region’s wine and spirits industry for four generations. After starting her career at Moët Hennessy Diageo, she joined Millesima, her family’s company, and sought out new challenges in the American market. Millesima USA was established in 2006, and is a subsidiary of Millésima S.A., the undisputed European leader in mail-order fine wines sales. Since June 2012 Hortense Bernard has been the general manager of the US branch, and she is proud to bring her family’s philosophy and passion for Bordeaux wine to the USA.
