Mixologist Nico de Soto will teach us how to make a Grapefruit Mint Splash, a refreshing summer drink made with Perrier®, that pairs perfectly with Poilâne’s Sweet Corn Brioche!

Grapefruit Mint Splash with Perrier®
- 7 Mint Leaves
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 1½ teaspoon Sugar
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 4 oz Perrier® Grapefruit (or Perrier® Original)
- To make a cocktail, add 1 oz Tequila (ages 21+ only)
- Plenty of Ice
Equipment: A cocktail shaker or large glass, a jigger (or something to measure the liquids), a muddler, and a strainer.
