Following the baking masterclass with Apollonia Poilâne, FIAF and Perrier invite you to a LIVE virtual mocktail mixology class.

Mixologist Nico de Soto will teach us how to make a Grapefruit Mint Splash, a refreshing summer drink made with Perrier®, that pairs perfectly with Poilâne’s Sweet Corn Brioche!

Duration: 10 minutes

Grapefruit Mint Splash with Perrier®

  • 7 Mint Leaves
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 1½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 4 oz Perrier® Grapefruit (or Perrier® Original)
  • To make a cocktail, add 1 oz Tequila (ages 21+ only)
  • Plenty of Ice

Equipment: A cocktail shaker or large glass, a jigger (or something to measure the liquids), a muddler, and a strainer.

Parisian born and raised, Nico de Soto is a globe-trotter bartender. He has organized pop ups in 37 countries, and opened bars in New York (Mace), Paris (Danico), and Miami (Kaido).
