She began her career in luxury tourism, and pivoted to fashion in 2002 when she oversaw the management and business development of brand licenses at Couture House Leonard. From 2005 to 2011, she worked for Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, specifically on brand revival, developing a specific business model based on licenses and co-branding partnerships, and expanding the pop-centric artist’s label into a comprehensive lifestyle brand. She then launched her own consulting business bringing her global expertise in management, finance and business development to high end luxury brands. In May 2014, she joined Couture House Schiaparelli to shape the legendary brand and lead its strategic development. Since 2010, Delphine Bellini has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at IFM (Institut Français de la Mode) and an active mentor to young entrepreneurs in the fashion and luxury industries.
