In the last film shot inside Notre Dame before the terrible fire of 2019, Valérie Donzelli directs and stars as Maud Crayon, a struggling architect and mom of two, with an ex-husband who she can’t seem to shake.

Her world is suddenly turned upside down when she miraculously wins a competition to redesign the famous plaza in front of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, unexpectedly reconnects with an old flame, and at the same time falls pregnant again by her ex-husband. As the comedy becomes more and more absurd, Maud attempts to regain her balance and find happiness.
