One morning, Louise (Marina Foïs), 45, is suddenly unable to step out of her car. With anxiety, palpitations, and sweats, she is suffering an inexplicable panic attack and cannot set foot outside. Louise drives around aimlessly, pulling into a service station where a young stranger (Benjamin Voisin) breaks into her car with one obsessive goal: to drive to the ocean. Stuck together, Louise and Paul begin a hilarious road trip across France, bursting with kinetic energy.
